  • Installments: The remaining 70% is payable in 16 equal half-yearly installments with an interest rate of 12% per annum.

  • Lease Terms: The plots are allotted on a 90-year leasehold basis. 

Development Timeline

Allottees are required to:

  • Lease Deed: Execute and register the lease deed within 60 days of issuance.

  • Possession: Take physical possession of the plot within 15 days post lease deed execution.

  • Project Completion: Complete the construction and obtain a completion certificate within 48 months from the lease deed execution date.
